Apache2 https Fehler beim starten

    habe einen neuen Openleap 42.1 Rechner auf dem sich der https Dienst nicht starten lässt.
    - rechner wie gesagt neu installiert; Paketauswahl beschränkt auf Webserver, Kernelentwicklung.
    - Firewall frei für http, https, ssh und rdp, sowohl extern als auch intern.


    beim Start des https Dienstes kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

    Unter Parallels auf meinem Mac die gleiche Installation vorher testweise durchgeführt; ohne Probleme.
    Scheint so als wäre hier der Port 443 schon an irgendwas anderes gebunden. Sofern das der Fehler ist, wie finde ich raus wo der Port 443 schon hinterlegt ist?
