Ich verwende für die Sicherung von Partitionen in der von dir gewünschten Form gerne die SystemrescueCD mit fsarchiver.
Ich auch, es ist aber für einen UNIX-Anfänger wie ein Sprung ins kalte Wasser.
Kommandozeile pur! Läuft aber super und macht Spaß, wenn man es erst mal verstanden hat.
