Danke erst mal für die Antwort.
Das Problem ist nicht die Hardware, sondern das Yast die Einstellungen nicht richtig speichert.
Nachdem ich mit yast2 sound das Modul, trotz einer Fehlermeldung, neu initialisiert habe funktioniert alles.
Auch das pavucontrol und pulseaudio funktioniert erst dann.
Es wäre interessant was bei yast2 sound ---> 200 Series PCH HD Audio ---> Bearbeiten --> Alle zurücksetzen --> Weiter passiert.
Den genau nach diesem vorgehen (und das mache ich nach jedem bootvorgang) funktioniert die Sound Hardware.
Die Module habe ich auch schon mit modprob einzeln geladen, funktioniert aber nicht.
