Habe noch ein paar Einstellungen ausprobiert.
Die Abeitsflächeneffekte laufen ohne Einschränkungen unter folgender Konfig.
1. Composit Typ: Open GL
2. Open GL Modus: Gemeinsamer Speicher
Vorher gingen doch einige Effekte nicht. Z.B. der 3 D Würfel.

Super. Jetzt klappt es.
Es kommt nur noch eine Meldung, dass Verwischen, Programmstartanzeige und Bildschirmfoto nicht unterstützt wird.
Vorher wurde es sofort deaktiviert und es hat sich ein Fenster mit einer Fehlermeldung geöffnet. Diese Fehlermeldung kam auch bei jedem Start.
Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es daran liegt, weil auch Videos im Netz teilweise ruckeln. Deswegen hatte ich die Grafikkarte in Verdacht.

Hat den Fehler aber nicht behoben. Der Rechner packt die Arbeitsflächeneffekte immer noch nicht.

habe das Problem, dass die Arbeitsflächeneffekte abgeschaltet werden aufgrund geringer Perfermance.
Habe Suse 11.4 laufen mit KDE.
Das Netbook hat 1GB RAM und den 945 chipsatz von intel also onboard grafik.
Habe schon viel im Internet gesucht, konnte das Problem jedoch nicht lösen.
Das xorg/x11 Rep habe ich installiert über yast.
Wenn ich glx gears eingebe, drehen sich die Zahnräder.
