hallo meine sehr verehrten linux user. da ich mir erst vor einer woche suse 11.2 auf meinen pc gespielt habe, bin ich absoluter frischling im umgang mit linux und bitte somit um unterstützung bei folg. problem.
vorgestern meldete mir plötzlich suse, meine .\ - partition wäre zu 93% voll. nach einiger recherche stellte sich heraus dass auf meiner boot partition, der boot ordner immer wieder weiter kopiert. unzählige male. somit ist die partition fast voll. ca. 2 GB!!!!!!!!!
bitte um hilfe. ich verwende suse 32 bit, das aktuelle kde.

ein Ordner kopiert nicht.
Mit soviel ist Information ist keine weitere sinnvolle Antwort moeglich.
Wie sieht das Verzeichnislisting aus? "ls -al /"
Was sagt /var/log/messages ? "tail -100 /var/log/messages"
Welche Prozesse laufen? "ps ax"(alle Befehle als root eingeben in einer Console:
Terminal oeffnen; "su" eingeben und das root password reintippen (es gibt keine Sternchen und keine Rückmeldung einfach tippen und <enter>; und dann die Befehle....) -
Der boot-Ordner wird nicht immer weiter kopiert; es handelt sich um Verknüpfungen, die keinen Speicherplatz belegen.
Zunächst solltest Du uns mal mitteilen, wie groß die Festplatte bzw. die Partition ist, in der Du Suse installiert hast.
Desweiteren solltest Du einstellen, das das temp-Verzeichnis automatisch beim booten gelöscht wird.
Dazu aber erst, wenn wir die o.g. Infos haben -

Öffne mal einen dateimanager und mach einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner "tmp" und klick mal auf Eigenschaften.
