Ich habe vnc mit yast auf tumbleweed installiert konfiguriert, wie in Foren empfohlen.
Wenn ich versuche vncserver als user.ernst (das bin ich) zu starten, bekomme ich beim vncviewer nichts als einen schwarzen Bildschirm.
Wenn ich das log anschaue
0 updates.
Passt ja zusammen...
Wenn ich den server als Root starte, dann sehe ich den suse hintergrund!, aber nicht das was ich auf einem der beiden desktops sehe.
Der Log sieht nicht so sauber aus, wie wenn ich mich als ich ein logge.

Ja also es scheint ein Problem zu sein, dass da zwei user im spiel sind.
Aber genau deshalb scheint es auch besser zu funktionieren, wie wenn ich den server nicht als root starte.

Was ich auch seltsam finde, den viewer starte ich besser mit 0.0.0.0:2,
statt mit 127.0.0.1:5902.
Das verwirrt mich auch.
Tut mir leid, bin nicht so der spezialist, was admin angeht...
Bin aber in not, ... homeoffice wegen corona...
