Einige Pakete werden anscheinend von kradio verwendet. Vielleicht hatte ich sie deshalb auch installiert. Da mir kradio sehr wichtig ist, würde ich sie gerne behalten.

Nein, du kopierst aus der letzten Liste jedes einzelne dort aufgeführte Paket und fügst es in die Suche von Software installieren ein
Die meisten werden kein Paket im OSS Repo haben, müssen also gelöscht werden.

Diese beiden erst einmal deaktivieren:
Codezypper mr -d -F https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Frameworks5/openSUSE_Leap_15.3/Codezypper mr -d -F https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt5/openSUSE_Leap_15.3/Ich würde jetzt Yast-Software installieren und aus der letzten Liste jedes installierte Paket in die Suche einfügen und schauen, ob es eine Version aus dem OSS Repo (Update Repo) gibt und darauf umstellen, ansonsten Paket löschen.
Immer alle Abhängigkeiten auflösen, nichts ignorieren, besser hier fragen.
Habe die beiden deaktiviert. Was meinst Du mit "jetzt Yast-Software installieren"? Einfach nur Yast aufrufen?
