Ich habe den Fehler gefunden.
Die Definitionen in /etc/dconf/ fehlten. (siehe Gnome Dconf ).
Offensichtlich hat sich etwas von 13.2 zu leap 15.0 geändert.

Solved

PS.: Roger Router geht auch nicht mehr, ist nicht in den normalen Repositories
enthalten (Tabos-Team). Vielleicht braucht man doch mehr als 4.

Ich nutze viele Programme z.B.
Bereich Amateurfunk
Wine
Finanzwesen

diese Programme haben auch teilweise zusätzliche repositories
home:wolfi323
home:bosconovic

etc hinzugefügt.

Bis vor kurzem haben diese Programme auch funktioniert.
Inzwischen habe sie alle deaktiviert und die KDE repositories gelöscht.
Damit ist der Abbruch von kdeinit5 weg.
Weiter habe ich IBUS deinstalliert - Nun ist auch die deutsche Tastatur ok, sonst nur US.

Das Programm GNUCASH zeigt den gleichen Fehler, wie Evolution.

Das Problem besteht bei evolution und ähnlich bei GNUCASH.
Das Gnome Forum ist der Meinung, es könnte ein Problem mit gconf sein.
