Warum nomodeset wieder entfernen?System ist auf aktuellstem Stand. (Brauchte nichts tun)
Nach Beschreibung im Link nomodeset über Yast - Bootloader ... gesetzt.Optionaler Parameter für Kernel-Befehlszeile lautet nun:
resume=/dev/disk/by-id/ata-M4-CT128M4SSD2_0000000011380319F281-part1 splash=silent quiet showopts nomodesetWenn ich nun nomodeset wieder entferne dann hakelt der Start wie gewohnt und ich lande auf der Konsole
Mit nomodeset startet KDE.Was verstehe ich miss?

Startproblembeschreibung:
Nach Erstinstallation auf diesem Laptop habe ich ein Problem bei Start des Rechners.
Die graphische Oberfläche startet nicht, sondern es erfolgt eine Eingabeaufforderung von Username und Passwort über Konsole.
Bevor es hierzu kommt, vergehen runde 3-5 Minuten (hab ich nicht gemessen)
Nach Eingabe der Benutzerdaten wird man nun vom System empfangen( have a lot of fun...).
Nach Eingabe startx startet KDE.--> Aus welchem Grund startet KDE nicht direkt und warum benötigt der Start so lange Zeit? Wird auf etwas gewartet?
