Im Compositor habe ich alle Einstellungen durchprobiert, lediglich tearing-vsync auf "nie" ist minimal besser.

Falls es hilft, ich habe vorher ca. 1 Jahr lang Manjaro benutzt, da lief die Grafik mit dem default Treiber für Radeon/Vulkan problemlos.
