Ich habe ein kleines WLan Problem auf meinem Laptop.
Ich habe mir schon ein paar forum-posts ueber diese WLan-Karte angeguckt, aber leider nichts gefunden.
Ein paar Hinergrunddaten:
Laptop: HP Compaq 6710b
SuSE Version: SuSE12.3
Desktop: Gnome und KDE (ich habe einfach alle installiert)

wenn ich bei Gnome oben in der "Desktop-Toolbar" auf ben Button fuer Internet-Verbindungen klicke steht da:
Wired: ON
Wireless: hardware disabled
der wlan-Treiber ist iwl3945, wie in der obrigen Ausgabe von hwinfo --wlan zu sehen ist. Im Moment ist wlan mit networkmanagr, nicht mit Yast gesteuert.

An der Stelle hat sich das Terminal aufgehaengt, oder es hat zumindest nicht mehr ausgespuckt, ud auch nicht das script beendet, allerdings habe ich unten noch die Datei collectNWData.col angehaengt (als .txt) wo noch ein paar mehr infos drin sind.
Das sieht mir ein bisschen so aus als ob ich die Hardware noch konfgurieren muss, ich weiss nur leider nicht wie. Falls es jemanden interressieren sollte: Einen WLan an-aus Schalter habe ich auf der Tasatur noch nicht gefunden.
Ich hoffe dieser Bericht war ausfuehrlich genug und freue mich schon auf Antworten
