Brother DCP-J1140DW

Hallo zusammen...

Neuer "Brother DCP-J1140DW" - per USB angeschlossen (openSUSE Leap 15.5)

Drucken geht - Scanner wird nicht erkannt

Folgende Brother-Treiber wurden installiert:

Sowohl als Root als auch als User:

Bin mit meinem Latein leider am Ende.

Hat jemand einen Tipp, wie man den Scanner erreicht?

Problem ist gerade (nach nun 24 Std. behoben).

Scanner & Drucker laufen perfekt.

Woran es lag, werde ich gleich noch separat zusammenfassen.

Problem war:

Habe ein lokales Repo für diverse *.rpm

In diesem Repo befanden sich (seit gestern) sowohl Ordner, als auch *.rpm und auch *.txt Dateien

Nachdem ich alles (außer die *.rpm) aus dem Repo gelöscht hatte, konnte ich mit ausgeschalteter Firewall den Brother-Installer starten und dieser installierte dann auch gleich den Scanner erfolgreich mit.
