Und bei lspci sehe ich nichts.

Durchforste mal Deine /var/log/messages, ob da evtl was steht.
z.B.:

Das ist der Hub selbst, aber nicht das Gerät.
Guck unter Windows nach, was da alles so __genau__ steht.

Jetzt bin ich gespannt, was dabei rauskommt. Eine solche Fernsehkarte habe ich auch und die verschiedenen Linuxe können mit ihr nichts anfangen. Hilft vielleicht die Angabe, dass der verbaute Tuner SAA 7160 heißt?
