Zuerst mal vielen herzlichen Dank für die Unterstützung. Ich habe das Ganze noch einmal versucht zu Analysieren. Der Intel-Chip auf dem Laptop mit der Option

options iwlwifi 11n_disable=8

in /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf unter OpenSuSE so wie er sollte, der Durchsatz ist in Ordnung und entspricht dem was unter Ubuntu (Live-CD) üblich ist. Bei Ubuntu ist allerdings keine solche Option eingetragen, was bei Ubuntu in dieser Datei steht, habe ich in Post 11 reingeschrieben.

Fall 2: RealTek USB-Wlan-Adapter: geholfen hat hier folgendes:

der geladen wird und alle Funktioniert problemlos, offensichtlich ist da irgendwo der Wurm drin, es kann ja nicht sein, das bei zwei Linux Distributionen, die fast identische Kernelversionen verwenden bei einer die Wlan-Treiber out of the Box problemlos funktionieren und bei der anderen herumgebastelt werden muss. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man da einen Bug-Report schreiben muss. Hier noch die Ausgaben von hwinfo --wlan von Tumbleweed und Ubuntu:

Das müsste bei Tumbleweed auch gehen, wenn nicht die falschen Pakete installiert sind. Daher die Frage

Sorry, das habe ich vergessen, das scheint ja der Kernel-Treiber zu sein, der aktuell verwendet wird, aber der scheint irgendwie doppelt installiert zu sein (zwei Repositories). Ich bekomme von Zypper folgende Ausgabe:

Trotzdem frage ich mich, wieso der von Ubuntu verwendete rtw88_8822bu welcher in Standard-Kernel enthalten ist, seinen Dienst unter Tumbleweed nicht tut.

Die ursprüngliche Idee war, alle rtl88-Pakete zu entfernen, damit nach einem Neustart endlich der rtw88 seinen Dienst tun kann. Allerdings war das bevor du blacklist und ähnliches vorgenommen hast.

Hab ich mal so gemacht, die rtl88-Pakete entfernt und neu gestartet, der rtw-Treiber wurde geladen, der Durchsatz des WLan ist zwischen 20 und 30% gesunken. Woran könnte das liegen?

Deine Diagnose zeigt, dass der neue rtw88 unter Tumbleweed deinen usb-wifi-stick noch nicht vollumfänglich steuern kann.

Daher musst du wieder zurück zu rtl88x2bu mit blacklist von rtw88_8822bu, was du ja selbst herausgefunden hattest.
