Fehlemeldung bei opensuse-migration-tool

Ein gutes und erfolgreiches Jahr 2026.

Ich habe einen Tuxedo AUR15-Gen1 Laptop, der derzeit mit Opensuse Leap 15.6 fehlerfrei läuft. Ich beabsichtige einr Upgrade auf Leap 16.0. Auf einem Test-PC läuft eine Neuinstallation von Leap 16.0 soweit fehlerfrei. Das Upgrage auf dem Laptop möchte ich mit dem opensuse-migration-tool durchführen. Bei einem dry-run als root gibt es zwei Fehlermeldungen:

would execute: zypper install --repo tmp-migration-tool-repo -y --force-resolution --from tmp-migration-tool-repo openSUSE-repos-Leap

Would execute: zypper removerepo tmp-migration-tool-repo

Would execute: zypper refresh-services

Would execute: zypper --releasever 16.0 dup -y --force-resolution --allow-vendor-change --download-in-advance

/usr/share/opensuse-migration-tool/scripts/10_keepapparmor.sh: line 20: /usr/sbin/update-bootloader: No such file or directory

/usr/share/opensuse-migration-tool/scripts/10_keepselinux.sh: line 21: /usr/sbin/update-bootloader: No such file or directory

Wie kann ich die Fehlermeldungen beheben oder würde ein Upgrade trotzdem funktionieren?

Habe gerade gesehen, dass bei mir sowohl

/sbin/update-bootloader -> pbl

als auch

/usr/sbin/update-bootloader -> pbl

ein Link auf pbl ist.

Könnte dieser Link oder gar pbl (manage boot loader configuration) bei dir fehlen?

Das Terminal/Konsole benutzt Monospace Schriftarten, das bedeutet, jedes Zeichen ist gleich breit.

Auf einem aktuellen Leap 15.6-System habe ich zum Testen gerade das opensuse-migration-tool installiert und dabei festgestellt, dass

1. es nicht die neueste Version (github) vom opensuse-migration-tool ist
2. /usr/sbin/update-bootloader nicht existiert
3. und ich nach /sbin/opensuse-migration-tool --dry-run als user die gleichen Fehlermeldungen erhalte wie in post #1 angezeigt.
4. Auf Systemen, die vor einiger Zeit mit dem opensuse-migration-tool upgedatet wurden, ist /usr/sbin/update-bootloader nun aber vorhanden.

Anzumerken ist, dass ich bereits mehrere Leap15.6-Rechner mit diesem Tool erfolgreich auf Leap 16.0 gebracht habe, ohne diese Fehlermeldungen damals zu bemerken ...
