Mein Linux PC namens Cyan (openSUSE Tumbleweed, Kernel 6.5.4-1-default) schreibt mir via journalctl -f sowas:

In einem Ubuntu-Forum https://askubuntu.com/questions/1273679/kernel-is-spewing-ata-link-up-messages-every-second habe ich gelesen, das es sich um ein Problem mit einem "Aggressive Link Power Management" handelt. Die Lösung dort konnte ich allerdings nicht für mein openSUSE System umsetzen.
Was kann ich tun, um diese Meldung zu unterdrücken, oder diesen Fehler (der schon eine Neuinstallation überlebt hat) zu beheben?
