Installiert ist nur das, was vorne mit einem i versehen ist. Alles andere ist nur verfügbar, aber nicht installiert.
zypper se -s audacity sucht in den verfügbaren Repositories nach Paketen, deren Name audacity beinhaltet. Willst du nur die installierten sehen, musst du -s (search) durch -si (search installed) ersetzen.

i+ bedeutet vom Benutzer installiert. i bedeutet vom Paketmanagement z.B. als Abhängigkeit nachgezogen. In diesem Fall die Sprachdatei, damit das Programm deutsch mit dir kommuniziert.
i+ = durch User installiert
i = durch aufgelöste Abhängigkeiten installiert
